Don’t go to this school . It’s a complete waste of time and money. It’s been almost five years since I graduated, and I still haven’t landed a real welding job. Every place they send you to either wants experience you don’t have or sticks you sweeping floors in a warehouse. You don’t get trained, and you don’t get hired as a welder—period. If you’re serious about welding, go somewhere that actually teaches you and gets you certified with real job placement. Otherwise, you’re just burning time you’ll never get back.

This is an accredited college, and as a student, I expect professional conduct consistent with that standard and it haven't this is one of many things that happened. During a class session, an instructor publicly referred to me using a nickname associated with a known criminal. When I attempted to clarify an academic anecdote involving my father’s background in chemistry, the instructor interrupted and made remarks implying criminal or terrorist behavior. These comments were allowed to continue in front of the class. In the same session, the instructor commented on my length of enrollment without acknowledging that it was due to documented caregiving responsibilities for a terminally ill family member. These remarks were unrelated to the course material and created an uncomfortable learning environment. In an accredited institution, faculty members are expected to maintain professionalism and refrain from making personal or stigmatizing comments about students. I am sharing this so the institution can address the issue and ensure classroom conduct reflects its accredited status.

Today I received a call from Charter College giving me all the information I needed to begin a 10 month welding course where I will receive the required certifications upon completion of the course. Thank you Charter College

I started Charter College in November. Since I started, I have had the most amazing instructors and great classmates. The curriculum is based on real-world experience, my MA instructor has been an MA for over 20 years and she's someone I'd definitely want to learn from if I were you. Overall, I enjoy being here and wouldn't want to learn anywhere else.

The school offers a variety of support and are always willing to help. I am very glad I chose this school and continue to learn new things everyday! I highly recommend Charter College to anyone that is looking for a career field and wanting to go to school. The admissions process is went smoothly and everyone is very helpful in getting you where you need to be.
